Roni Pasternak
Welcome! I feel so honored to be an integral part of GeulaWives as a coach, co-founder and partner with Chana Margulies. Baruch Hashem, with great merit, I live in the holy city of Tzfat, overlooking Mount Meron, and have been married for 22 years with 6 children. Our eldest recently married BH! My husband and I are Baalei Teshuva and have been Shluchim in Tzfat for many years. GeulaWives is the newest blessed addition. My favourite self-care activities are sitting at a coffee shop, sipping a cup o' joe while learning Chassidus, as well as davening and writing in my journal. This reconnection with myself and my soul is foundational to my day. It is humbling to share in a sister's marriage journey, to coach her in accessing her highest choices. Her inner Geula Wins and miracles in turn build up her husband, her kids and Am Yisroel; this is one of my greatest joys in life. My own personal shift came from accessing the Sefira of Daas - Ownership, which I view as the gateway to all of GeulaWives skills. This Daas is the understanding that the power to transform myself and my marriage is in my hands. No more of my animal soul taking the reigns. A new elevated path has been paved! Excited to embark on this journey together!

Baruch Hashem, I am married for over 30 years with 4 incredible kids! I feel very blessed. Thank You Hashem! Each morning we thank Hashem for the blessing of a new day. The GeulaWives skill of Modeh Ani awakens within me the blessings of gratitude. I can tap into my daily gratitude for the blessing of my husband. This beautiful skill allows me to focus on showing up grateful and connected with my husband, and puts the daily chores of recycling and breakfast dishes in their proper perspective. Wearing Geula glasses lets me see all the abundantly available good, to take responsibility for my own happiness and how I want to show up in my relationships. I have learned to check in with myself and my needs, how I can fill up my own vessel with the things that bring me joy. I am learning to state my desires and show up vulnerable, allowing me to grow in beautiful new ways. I’ve been married and lived in the beautiful city of Tzfat for eleven years with my husband and our four children. My three favourite ways to fill up my cup are walks in nature, yoga, and writing a gratitude list. I struggled and felt dissatisfied for many years in my marriage before discovering the GeulaWives skills. What I love about coaching is transforming personal struggles, and then successes, into material to help guide and inspire other women in their marriages. When learning the GeulaWives approach, I realised I was jeopardizing my marital harmony and personal happiness in many ways. One of the most powerful skills I learned is to focus on my own daled amos, my own thoughts, words and behaviour. This in turn means relinquishing control of my husband’s daled amos: his time and money spending, his parenting style, his ideas and health. I’ve learned to trust that my husband is the expert on his own life. He is worthy of full respect. I now understand that this is crucial to our marital peace and happiness. May Hashem bless us in this holy work of bringing greater Shalom Bayit to Jewish homes. May we be blessed with wisdom and courage to choose the path that brings Geula into our marriages!

I am overflowing with gratitude to Hashem for the opportunity to partake in such a holy shlichus. I look forward to partnering with Jewish women, and guiding them along their Geula journey. I love finding the relevance of deep torah truths, and radically transforming daily situations from a state of Golus constriction, into personal Geula. I am so excited to serve Jewish women in such an impactful way! GeulaWives has been a beautiful, supportive, and transformational journey for me. One of the first magical concepts that I began practicing when I joined GeulaWives was 'Modeh Ani'. The focus on gratitude shifted so much in my life immediately, and it also impacted my family. I received feedback from family members that I had become so positive. I began to notice family members expressing more gratitude too. Additionally, seeking gratitude became a method to shift my internal dissatisfaction, and to realign myself with joy, appreciation, and gratitude instead. GeulaWives has so much to offer. My blessing is that we receive it all with ease and with joy. May we succeed in reaching new heights each day, and as we elevate ourselves, may we strengthen our marriages, and elevate the world to a place of eternal joy, peace, unity, and ultimate redemption!

I've been happily married for 4 years and have a sweet little boy. I started my married life in Tzfat and now live in my hometown of Colorado. Throughout my marriage, I've been on a journey to discover the keys to creating more flow and harmony in my relationship. GeulaWives has been a game-changer, giving me essential skills, with the most important being the practice of Filling Up My Cup. Simple things like taking a shower, breathing in fresh air, and making a nutrient-dense meal always rejuvenate me, allowing me to be more present in my marriage. I'm passionate about empowering women to realize they have the power within to feel safe, happy, and passionate. In my own marriage, I used to wait for my husband to make the moves that would fix my problems, only to realize he could never do enough. The real power to change my reality lies within me. For me, the GeulaWives skills that most made a lasting, beyond transformative impact in my marriage are trusting my husband and Hashem and relinquishing control. Using the skill of “whatever you think” and trusting his mind, plans and ideas creates miracles in our lives, Baruch Hashem! Additionally, letting go of so much control, in regards to Hashem’s Daled Amos and my husband's, raised me up to a Geula vibration in all areas of my life! I have seen miracles!!!

I've been happily married for over four years and am blessed with two wonderful children. Originally from Monsey, New York, I made the move to Israel after high school because I wanted to immerse myself in a community where Judaism is both vibrant and deeply felt.
